The process is guided, safe and fully client-led, with you remaining aware and in control at all times.
Each session is tailored to your needs and insights or healing may appear immediately or unfold gradually. The focus is on reflection, understanding and healing across your personal timeline

Payment options
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session slot.
Accepted methods: Stripe, Klarna, credit/debit cards.
Bank transfers are by exception only and must be agreed in advance.

Individual sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance; max 2 reschedules per session.
Refunds apply only if the entire package is cancelled before the first session:
7 working days: 50%
3 working days: 30%
48 hours: 10%
