All hypnotherapy sessions begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This relaxed, no-pressure chat explores what’s been going on and what support might help.
Sessions are tailored after the consultation to suit your needs. I work using an integrated approach:
Hypnotherapy – the core of every session
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) – used alongside hypnotherapy in every session to support lasting change
HypnoCell® techniques – used only if required, for deeper or more specific patterns
Some sessions focus on recognising patterns and responses, while others support insight, perspective and meaningful change. You remain fully involved and in control throughout.
The complimentary consultation 30-minute max, relaxed, no-pressure conversation. It gives us space to talk about what’s been going on for you and what you’d like help with.
We’ll explore what might be most helpful for you, whether that’s hypnotherapy, coaching or a combination and how we could work together if you choose to continue.
There’s no obligation to book sessions afterwards. If it feels like a good fit, you’re welcome to book sessions in your own time.

How will I feel during a session?
Everyone experiences hypnotherapy differently. Some people feel calm and focused, others notice insights or clarity and some simply feel more aware of patterns or behaviours. You remain fully in control throughout and sessions are designed to feel safe and supportive. Hypnotherapy is a state of mind
What is HypnoCell®?
HypnoCell® is a hypnotherapy technique that works directly at the cellular level. It is different from regular hypnotherapy or NLP because it addresses deeper patterns in the body as well as the mind. HypnoCell® is only used when required and is optional.
What is HypnoCell® used for?
HypnoCell® can support deeper or long-standing challenges, including:
Chronic diseases or long-term health challenges
Recovery after injuries or post-operative challenges
Accelerated healing and enhanced resilience
Patterns linked to emotional or behavioural habits
Complex situations such as autoimmune conditions, tumours or cancer
It is not a medical treatment and does not replace healthcare. NLP and hypnotherapy remain the foundation of every session, with HypnoCell® used only when it adds real benefit.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Yes. All hypnotherapy sessions, including smoking or vaping, require a complimentary consultation so we can discuss your goals and decide the best approach.
How do I know what service to use?
After your complimentary consultation, I will suggest the approach that’s most suitable for you. This ensures you get the support that fits your goals, whether that’s hypnotherapy, NLP, HypnoCell® techniques, Tarot, Past Life Regression, or Transformational Coaching.
How long are sessions?
Hypnotherapy sessions are up to 90 minutes and Past Life Regression sessions are 60 minutes.
How do I access an online session?
You’ll choose your preferred location when booking. Online sessions are via Google Meet and the link is sent in your booking invite and email reminders.
What should I do before a session?
There’s a handy tips sheet and a pre-recorded audio you’ll receive before your session to get familiar with my voice. There’s no need to worry — it’s just to help you feel comfortable.

Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment: 100% refund
Sessions cancelled within 48 hours: 50% refund
