1. How do I book a session?
   You can book directly through the website on each service page or contact me if you’d like guidance on which session is best for you.

2. Do I need a complimentary consultation?

• Hypnotherapy & Transformational Coaching: Yes, a complimentary consultation (max 30 minutes) is required before booking your first session. This includes smoking and vaping hypnotherapy.

• Tarot & Past Life Regression: No, these sessions can be booked directly.

3. How long is a typical session?

• Hypnotherapy & Transformational Coaching: up to 90 minutes

• Tarot: 30 or 60 minutes, depending on your choice

• Past Life Regression: 60 minutes

4. Can I book multiple sessions at once?
   Yes! If you are booking a package of 3 sessions, you will be asked to book all 3 at the same time and pay for all 3 at the time of booking for consistency.

• Can sessions be done online?
  Yes! You will be asked at the time of booking for your preferred location. If you choose online, the Google Meet link will be included in your booking invite and email reminders.
  
  

• Do you offer home sessions?
  Home sessions are available on request, please get in touch to discuss your location and needs.
  
  

• What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
  To reschedule or cancel, use the original booking invite and you’ll receive confirmation.
  Please see the booking policy for packages, as terms may differ.
  
  

• What payment methods do you accept?
  Sessions can be paid via Stripe, Klarna, credit/debit cards or bank transfer (by request). Bank transfers may incur a small fee passed on by the bank.
  
  

• Do I need to prepare for a session?
  For hypnotherapy or coaching, wear comfortable clothes and ensure you’re in a quiet space. For tarot or past life regression, just bring an open mind and any questions you may have.
  
  

• Will I be hypnotised against my will?
  No. Hypnotherapy is completely safe and collaborative, you stay in control at all times.
  
  

• Is what I share confidential?
  Yes. All sessions are private and your information is never shared without your permission.
  
  

• Are sessions suitable for beginners?
  Absolutely! I guide you gently and clearly through every session, whether it’s your first hypnotherapy, tarot reading or past life regression.
  
  

• Can children have sessions?
  Yes, hypnotherapy sessions for children are available with parental consent and discussion beforehand.
  
  

• Can I combine services?
  Yes! Many clients use a combination of hypnotherapy, coaching, tarot and past life regression for deeper insights and results.
  
  

• How soon will I notice results?
  Some people notice changes immediately, while for others it may take a few sessions. Everyone’s journey is unique.
  
  

• Can I ask questions during the session?
  Absolutely! I encourage questions before, during or after your session to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.

• Do I need a consultation for smoking or vaping hypnotherapy?
  Yes. A complimentary consultation (max 30 minutes) is required before booking, to ensure the session is tailored to your needs and you feel fully supported.
  
  

• Can I combine smoking/vaping sessions with other hypnotherapy goals?
  Yes, but it’s usually best to focus on one goal at a time for maximum results.
  
  

• Are recordings available?
  Yes! Audio recordings are provided for tarot and past life regression sessions only. For tarot readings, you will also receive a photo of the cards.
  
  

• Do I need to prepare for a hypnotherapy session?
  Yes! You will receive a handy tips sheet and a pre-recorded session before your appointment. This is just to get you familiar with my voice and help you feel comfortable. There’s no need to worry about this, it’s completely straightforward.
  
  

• Do you offer gift vouchers?

• Why are client reviews important?
  Reviews help new clients feel confident, show what to expect from sessions and highlight the positive experiences of people who have worked with me. I’m very grateful to everyone who leaves a review, as it really supports my work and helps others make informed choices.
  
  

• What does hypnotherapy feel like?
  Hypnotherapy is a natural state that everyone experiences differently. Most people notice focused awareness and a sense of ease. You remain fully in control at all times and there’s no “right” way to experience it.
  
  

• What should I do in a session? How should I act?
  You don’t need to do anything special, just be yourself. Listen, follow any guidance I give and share your questions or thoughts. For tarot or past life regression, allow yourself to be open to the experience. There’s no right or wrong way to act and you’ll never be asked to do anything you’re uncomfortable with.

7 Purple Feathers Ltd – FAQ: Late Arrivals, Missed Sessions & Refunds

• What happens if I’m late to a session?

If you are less than 10 minutes late, your session will still run but will end at the original scheduled time.

If you are 10 minutes or more late without prior notice, the session is cancelled and the full fee is forfeited.

• What if I know I’ll be late and I tell you in advance?

If you notify me before the session start time, any decision to continue, reschedule, or offer a partial/full refund is at my discretion.

This is assessed case by case and not guaranteed.

• Can I get a refund if I simply change my mind?

No. Refunds are not provided based on personal outcome, emotional response, or change of mind.

• How do refunds work for individual sessions?

48+ hours’ notice: 80% refund

48–24 hours’ notice: 50% refund

Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund

This applies to Tarot, Echoes of Forgotten Lives™, and Stop Smoking/Vaping sessions.

• How do refunds work for packages?

Refunds for a package are only available if the entire package is cancelled before the first session:

• 7 working days: 50% refund

• 3 working days: 30% refund

• 48 hours: 10% refund

• Less than 24 hours: 0% refund

• Once a package has started, no refunds are available for unused sessions.

Package sessions must be booked within the expiry period:

• 3-session package: 2 months

• 5-session package: 3 months

• 12-session package: 6 months

• Any sessions not booked within this period are forfeited.

• What if 7 Purple Feathers Ltd cancels a session?

You may either reschedule at a mutually convenient time, or receive a full refund (if applicable).

• What happens if I miss a session entirely?

Missed sessions and non-attendance are non-refundable, regardless of reason.

• How long will it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and usually take 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
