At 4J we believe it is important for underrepresented students to see individuals who look like them represented within their communities and schools. With that in mind, the Equity department is creating a photo wall within schools that will highlight individuals of color within the community. Each photo will be accompanied by the individual's name, profession, and some words of advice/wisdom appropriate for school-aged children.
