Focus Areas

The MBA@Rice program offers students the opportunity to choose a "Focus Area" in order to customize a student's educational experience. These focus areas are recommendations for choosing the best customized academic experience during a student's program. They include career-focused courses in their overall elective portfolio that they get to pick and choose from. All career path focus area courses are suggested, and a student does not need to complete all of the courses within the career path. Choosing a career path focus area is entirely optional for all MBA@Rice students.
