In a Nutshell

GOAL/ To collaborate on projects that advance a shared mission of expanding educational access in a way that doesn't align with our team's more common project formats.
TIME/ Variable, depending on need.
OUTPUT/ Variable, depending on need.

Our team excels in adapting to diverse projects, tailoring our approach to understand unique visions and objectives. From workshops and pilot initiatives to contributing to original research on learning at scale, we bring a diverse set of expertise and experience to problem-solving. We actively share key insights both internally and externally through presentations and publications, leveraging our rich access to learner experiences and industry partnerships. Whether it's workshops, experiments, scholarly pursuits, or something else entirely, we're primed to collaborate and innovate.

WORKSHOPS/

Our team has expertise in designing and facilitating workshops for a variety of formats and audiences. On-site, digital, synchronous, and asynchronous formats for collaborative brainstorming, norming, vision-setting, and implementation planning are all within our wheelhouse.

If your main need is for creatively facilitated engagement, please be in touch: we're happy to collaborate.

EXPERIMENTATION/

Our team is committed to a culture of creativity, exploration, and continuous learning. In this capacity, we have helped to design and lead a variety of pilot initiatives within 2U and edX, working to rapidly validate (or invalidate) and iterate on process innovations or learner interventions.

We are also honored to consult with external collaborators and university or industry partners seeking to leverage the Open edX platform to contribute to original research into learning at scale.

SCHOLARSHIP/

Our organization has unrivaled access to a diverse array of learner experiences, university and industry partnerships, and a long history of agenda-setting within the ed tech space. The Learning Strategy team is committed to giving back to the broader educational community by sharing key insights, ideas, and lessons learned from our work.

Tune in to upcoming scholarly presentations and publications via our newsletter, and see some examples of our scholarship below.
