Christina Titus Manager of Contact Center Development - Dail America

My name is Christina Titus I work for Dialamerica. I started with the company as a Part-Time Agent. I initially started here because it offered flexible scheduling which allowed me to have a good life work balance. As an Agent I needed to apply many of the skills I was taught in school and at home. I needed to have strong communication skills, computer skills, adaptability, critical thinking, problem solving, work ethic, discipline and exabit professionalism daily. I was offered an opportunity that jump started my career as a Part-Time Trainer. While in that role I was introduced to the company's playbook and its best practices. As I continued my journey with Dialamerica my portfolio continued to build along with my life experience. I transitioned into the following roles Part-Time Team Leader, Full-Time Team Leader, Recruiter, Shift Manager, Assistant Manager of Contact Center Operations and am currently the Manager of Contact Center Development. DialAmerica started as my part-time job that turned into my career. I enjoy so many things about DialAmerica. I am always learning something new, the company rewards me for my performance, they offer benefits such 401K, vision and dental coverage in addition to giving back to our community. Dialamerica has donated over 2.5 million dollars and continues to have fundraisers at each of their locations. I look forward to sharing my story with each of you.
