Michele Laflamme, Patient Care Technician (PCT)

I have been a PCT for 21 years. The first 10 years I did critical care at Jefferson Rehab and then 11 years at UPMC Hamot. I am a certified PCT and have been a lead PCT for 10 years. I teach education for all PCT who come to our unit and also other units. I have been on many committees and plan to retire from UPMC Hamot in the future.
