Chelsea is responsible for coordinating and executing the assets within sponsorships for the Steelers. Chelsea provides marketing strategies to navigate goals of their partners each season. Chelsea was a Sports Marketing Major and Division 1 Track & Field athlete at Duquesne University.


Kurt Gingrich, Corporate Partnerships Manager, Pittsburgh Steelers

Kurt is responsible for selling sponsorships for the Steelers. Kurt provides creative marketing strategies to help companies connect with our fans across Steelers Nation. Kurt was a Marketing Major with a minor in Economics at Penn State University.



Jackie Riggleman| Assistant General Manager, Bradenton Marauders | Manager, Ticket Sales, Florida Operations

Jackie received her bachelor’s in advertising and my master’s in Sport Management from West Virginia University. She also oversees ticket operations for the Pittsburgh Pirates Spring Training games at LECOM Park.

The Bradenton Marauders are a minor league baseball team based in Bradenton, Florida, that plays in the Florida State League. The Marauders are the Class A-Advanced affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Their home games are played at LECOM Park, which also serves as the Pirates' spring training facility.

Since 2015, I've had the privilege of heading the Pittsburgh Pirates proactive pursuit of identifying and developing partnerships within the community-at-large, with a focus on diverse populations, that has led to authentic and purposeful relationships both on and off the field to ensure the game of baseball is being played and supported by all walks of life.

Katie Shockey - Corporate Partnerships Activation Coordinator - Pittsburgh Pirates

I have been with the Pirates Corporate Partnerships team since 2015, with a focus on implementing partnership assets of roughly 30 Corporate Partners. In addition, I oversee our signage efforts and assist with planning of hospitality events throughout the year.

I received by BSBA in Marketing with a certificate in Digital Media from the University of Pittsburgh.

Amanda Susko, Sr. Director, Foundation Programs & Strategic Planning - Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation

Originally from Johnstown, I've worked in the sports industry since 2006 and with the Pittsburgh Penguins since 2012. I began with the Penguins in Partnership Sales & Marketing prior to my current role with the Penguins Foundation. The Penguins Foundation is the charitable arm of the 5X Stanley Cup Champion, Pittsburgh Penguins. At the Foundation, we oversee fundraising initiatives & programs under four pillars of giving (education, wellness, community & youth hockey). We also support the Penguins players in their charitable endeavors.

I’ve been with the Pittsburgh Penguins organization since 2017 and work alongside community efforts through the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation. Through the Penguins Foundation, we strive to be the champions of all youth in our community, on and off the ice, through the power of hockey. We do this through focusing on our main pillars, Youth Hockey, Education, Wellness & Community!
