2018

Great job cleaning our neighborhood on April 7! The sun did come out, as we worked on sites from Green Hill Park to Lincoln Street.

A huge thank you to Linda Fay Griffin House! We couldn't do all we do without you! Patrick Duggan, you rock!

The Harlow Safe Streets crew was at St. Bernard's Church with Robin, Kristin, Edith and Guy and family and friends, and Green Hill Park Coalition's Becky and Andrew.

And, thanks to the City of Worcester, and the one-and-only Regional Environmental Council.

Congratulations to Winnie Octave, our co-founder and co-chair, who has received REC's 2018 Neighborhood Organizer Award, She earned it for organizing six years worth of Earth Day Clean-ups in our neighborhood.

2016

In August 2016, the Green Hill Neighborhood Association proudly oversaw the official reopening of Grant Square Park at 20 Northampton St.

Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito, State Senator Harriette Chandler, State Representative Mary Keefe, former City Councilor Phil Palmieri, Mayor Joe Petty, and City Manager Ed Augustus attended the ceremony.

2015

In April 2015, the Green Hill Neighborhood Association took part in the Regional Environmental Council's Earth Day Clean-up 2015. The REC's Worcester Earth Day Clean-ups began in 1989, and have become an annual, citywide tradition that engages Worcester-area residents and organizations to give Worcester a big spring cleaning. Volunteers join together each year to celebrate Earth Day by making Worcester a healthy, sustainable and beautiful place to live, work, learn, and play!

2014

In April 2014, the Green Hill Neighborhood Association held a Green Hill & Harlow Safe Streets Picnic. The festive event was attended by Worcester State Senator Harriette Chandler.

In August 2014, the Green Hill Neighborhood Association held a neighborhood festival in Grant Square Park. A great time was had by all who attended!
