Historic Renovation/Restoration

This beautiful 1904 farmhouse update included a complete rebuild of the homeowners’ dilapidated detached carport/workshop, existing covered porch at the rear of the home, back-entry way and the entire exterior.

The team completely rebuilt the detached carport, transforming it into a beautiful carriage-house-style garage, complete with a cupola, carriage doors and an electric car charger. They also extended the existing covered porch at the rear of the home to create a desirable outdoor living space and multiply the comfort and usability of the home.

Revamping the rear entry, just off the kitchen and dining room, and laundry room with built-in cabinetry resulted in a beautiful yet hardworking space.

The home’s exterior transformation created defined areas for landscaping, resulting in a stunning historic renovation for the clients.
