II. The Four Archangels
Archangel Michael
The Four Archangels, aside from their planetary correspondences, also correspond to the Four Elements - Fire, Water, Air, Earth.
They are: Michael, Uriel, Raphael & Gabriel. Calling upon these Four Archangels for protection before doing any sort of Magickal Ritual or Spiritual Healing is absolutely MANDATORY if one wants to minimise -and, ideally, completely avoid- any unpleasant Lower Astral interference.
They are the most powerful of the Seven Archangels and, as such, are the most effective for protection and/or guidance.
Archangel Uriel
Archangel Raphael
Archangel Raphael is the Angel of Healing and His name means "God heals". He is the patron of all healers, doctors, etc., and can be called upon to heal any number of things whether it is a physical/mental/spiritual ailment, or a negative situation in your life that needs to be remedied.
Archangel Michael is the Angel of Protection and is the leader of God's Army of Angels and the protector of all Light Workers/Warriors. His name means "he who is like God" and is also known as the Right Hand of God.
Michael, aside from being the chief of the Archangels, is also the head of the Seraphim -the highest level of Creation before the Formless Absolute that is God! He is, therefore, the absolutely highest source you can possibly call upon for protection.
Archangel Gabriel
Archangel Gabriel is the Angel of Guidance and His name means " ". He can help you to organize your life, as well as provide you with advice and guidance - particularly with education and career.
Spiritually, Gabriel can help you to find your life's purpose and to replace feelings of discouragement with fulfilment.
Archangel Uriel is the Angel of Peace and His name means " ". He resolves all problems in personal, social and professional relationships and helps to create harmony in life. Uriel is the angel of nurses, doctors counsellors and teachers. Spiritually, he can help you to let go of bitterness and resentment, renewing hope in the hearts of those that have lost faith. He is also the angel who manifests divine justice.
