The Hotel Villaggio Porto Giardino is situated at Capitolo, a little town near Monopoli, which is placed about 50 km southwest away from the centre of BARI.
We have gathered some information about how to travel by flight, by train and by car.
Arrival by Flight
Most people travelling to Capitolo will come through Bari-Palese Airport, Bari or Brindisi Airport. These airports have frequent connections with Rome and Milan, which are the principal airports for international flights. From Bari-Palese Airport take a shuttle to the Bari Railway Station (shuttles usually live the airport about 30 minutes after the arrival of each flight and tickets cost about €5), from there take a train to Monopoli Railway Station (for more datails see Arrival by Train).

Arrival by Train
From Bari (or Brindisi) Railway Station there are several trains to Monopoli Railway Station, for timetables see Ferrovie dello Stato - FSS.
From Monopoli Railway Station you can give a call to the hotel reception and ask to be taken by the hotel car or alternatively you take a taxi near the station.The taxi service (EuroTaxi) number is 080 748060. The price of a taxi is about €15.
Arrival by Car
By car from North: in the highways up to Bari Nord exit, in the Bari ring road follow direction BRINDISI/LECCE (on the E55/SS16 street) up to Monopoli (about 40Km). Near Monopoli (Monopoli Sud Exit), after undercrossed 5 bridges follow the exit CAPITOLO and the Hotel is easily reached.
By car from South: in the highways from Brindisi/Lecce follow the exit CAPITOLO (before Monopoli); from Taranto, crossing Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Fasano go down towards the sea and exit to CAPITOLO.
