Cost of Program
2024 Summer Program - Deadline to sign up for the program is May 23, 2024 - 4:00pm
The summer program is open to Hampstead children entering 1st grade through eighth grade. The program begins tentatively June 21th and ends July 28th. The hours are 9:00AM to 12NOON, and 1:00PM to 3:30PM Monday through Friday. There is the possibility that child care during the lunch hour will be available at an additional fee. Contact the Rec. Director for details. Please be prompt picking up children before lunch and at the end of the day since counselors have after work commitments.
SIGN-UPS: Two ways
1. Send to: Town of Hampstead Recreation Department 11 Main Street Hampstead, NH 03841 Mail by: May 20, 2024 to ensure we receive it by the deadline.
2. Submit the forms to the Central School / Middle School in a sealed envelope with the date and Hampstead Rec on the outside.
Pick up late fees are as follows: After 5 minutes - A $1 per minute fee will be assessed for late pickup of a child, payable on the spot. This fee must be paid before your child returns to the program.
This program is for Hampstead Residents and students at attend the Hampstead School District only. Please note the Hampstead Recreation Commission can request proof of residences at any time. There will be no refunds for non Hampstead residents.
The cost for the 2024 Summer Recreation Program:
$140 for 1 child entering grade 1 to grade 8 - cotton t-shirt included
$235.00 for 2 children entering grade 1 to grade 8 - cotton t-shirts included
$320.00 for 3 or more from the same family entering grade 1 to grade 8 plus $10.00 per cotton t-shirt
Field Trip are an extra cost. Please on your left click on "field trip information" and to sign up starting June 2nd click on : "Field Trip Sign up"
SCHOLARSHIPS
We have limited funds available for scholarships. We obtain this funds from outside sources. The HCS will do the best to support your requests but may only be able to partially help. A request for a scholarship must be in writing and emailed / sent to the Recreation Director and must be received by April 15, 2024 at 4:00pm.
WEEKLY:
If you want to pay WEEKLY as your child attends, the fee is:
$30.00 for one child 1st to 8th Grade $13.00 for one Kindergarten child
$45.00 for two children
$60.00 for three or more
DAILY:
The DAILY fee is $15.00 per child.
T-SHIRTS:
The t-shirt are $10.00 for a cotton t-shirt. All t-shirt orders must be received by May 23, 2024 (Town Hall closes at 4pm).
LATE FEES: THERE IS SPACE AVAILABLE $50.00 LATE FEE PER FAMILY FOR REGISTRATIONS AFTER May 23, 2024. All fees are non-refundable.
