HOW TO ACQUIRE A PERMIT 

Organizations and individuals requesting use of Town fields/facilities shall follow the application / permit procedures.

1. Permit for Fields & Memorial Gym with Use Policy - 4 pages, Board of Selectmen/No Liability Insurance Letter - 1 Page and Permit - 1 page are all together at the bottom of this page.  

2. Fill out the permit and include: 

          a. Insurance bidder 

          b. Roster with addresses 

          c. Game & Practice schedule 

          d. % of Hampstead Residents / Non Residents 

          e. Waivers from all participates if its a Town league without an insurance carrier

3. All paperwork must be received one week prior to the requested date of use. 

4. There are four ways of turning in the completed permit package: 

          a. Drop it off at the Town Hall Recreation mailbox 

          b. Drop it off at a Recreation Meeting - (third Monday of the month at 7:00pm upstairs at the Town Hall)

          c. Mail it to: Town of Hampstead Recreation, Recreation, 11 Main Street, Hampstead, NH 03841

          d. Scan and email it to: hampsteadrec@gmail.com
