Video support

All the CD and DVD products contain video. These are mostly provided in a format that is native to Windows, the Windows Media Video (WMV). This means they should be playable without problems on all Windows systems.

On the DVD Loop Fun, the videos are embedded into html (web-style) pages. This also works normally on Windows systems, although you may have to install a free plugin if it is not already there. See 'Loop Fun' for more information about that.

On a Mac, WMV is not a native format, so you will probably need an additional plugin for QuickTime to play it. This plugin, called Flip4Mac, used to be free as well, but apparently has to be bought now ($6). You still may find free versions, which are not the very latest. If you don't want to buy or install Flip4Mac, you could also decide to convert all videos to an mpeg format, or whatever format you prefer, using a free video converter, such as Free Make or Super. And there are many more.

A free video player that can also play WMV videos is the VLC player.

So, there are many ways to get the videos playing. When you download video software, be careful where you get it from, don't install unwanted ad programs, or worse. The links provided above are trusted sites.
