Cardinal McGuigan To Be Papal Legate

Cardinal McGuigan, Archbishop of Toronto, has been named Papal Legate for the Marian Congress, to be held in Ottawa from June 18 to 22.

As reported last week in this newspaper, Cardinal Gilroy and Cardinal Griffin are expected to be present for the Congress.
