Brought back the "Page:" label and rearranged the frame navigator.

Added ability to use a custom font for webpages.

When picking the setting for a custom zoom or font for webpages, there is now an "Other" option which will prompt the user for their own value.

New animations for the settings page is prettier and quicker.
