New: Auto change log loader.

New: Added help for some settings.

New: Added ability to backup/import settings from the setting menu. The UI is not complete.

Fix: Unblock item count is now correct.

Fix: A fix for not running on XHTML pages.

Changed: All EasyList rules are now under one setting.
