Please note that IRHA rules require that, when a homeowner is informed of an architectural finding, he or she must:
contest the finding,
make the repair, or
communicate when the repair will be completed.
The homeowner must complete one of these three actions within 60 (sixty) days of the receipt of the finding and notify the Board of his or her action. Failure to do so may result in an assessment of $50 for a single offense or $10 a day for an offense of a continuing nature.
