Ani Mariani

Ani is a mother of two children. She was born in Singaraja (Bali) in 1965, in a quite big family. She is the third child out of 12 children, in the family of M. Anwar and Siti Asyiah.

    She did her first degree at the Education Faculty of the Udayana University (Bali, Indonesia). After finishing her study she moved out to Mataram City of Lombok Island to get her job as a student counsellor at SMPN 2 (a State Midle School) of Mataram in 1990. In 1993, she resigned from her job for accompanying her husband in Australia. 

She come back to school with the same job in 1999 at SMPN 7 Mataram. As she won a national award on teacher paper in 2003, she was recruited as non-permanent local government employee. She regain her position as a permanent government employee for the second time in 2006. She continued working at SMPN 7 of Mataram until 2014. Now, she is working at SMPN 2 Mataram.

She has published some papers on seminars and scientific journals. The papers are on the effect of community conflict on student performance, and the pornographic epidemy and its impact on sexual behaviour of midle school students in the City of Mataram, as presented on the attachment.
