  • Attendance record, contracts payment paid and owned
  • All significant incidents are recorded in an incident book and will be shared and discussed with parents so that together we can work to resolve any issues.
    • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences (diets and allergies) and interests
  • Customer Reviews, photos, inventories
    • Other information relevant to customer learning, progress, surveys and/or offers (parent(s)’ and/or emergency contact details, the contact details of the child’s GP and appropriate signed consent forms.

What We Do with The Information We Gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular, for the following reasons:

    • Internal record keeping.
    • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
    • Support your teaching and learning; Monitor and report on your progress;
  • If a child is identified as a child in need (section 17 of the Children Act 1989) I will, normally with the parent’s permission, give appropriate information to referring agency
    • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
    • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
  • We will not give information about you to anyone outside the setting without your consent unless the law and our rules allow us to or there appears to be a child protection issue..
