The PIC music player

This project plays the song "Passion" (in English, Sactuary) by Utada Hikaru (almost 5 minutes long!). It is best known as the theme song to Kingdom Hearts II.

Grading: 30 points

  1. Scope -- good; audio interfacing, waveform generation.
  2. Functionality -- excellent. An impressive song.
  3. Hardware complexity - medium. Well done in figuring out how to interface a speaker to the PIC!
  4. Software complexity - excellent. Various subroutines for notes, which can operate at two different tempos, plus a lot of hard work.
  5. Presentation - N/A
  6. Practicality / usefulness / fun factor - high!
