Chronos 1.9.9 is released!

The main reason for this publication (somewhat "rushed") is that I have found some problems in the Chronos 1.9.8 code. These are not defects or bugs, but some "experimental" modifications were accidentally included in the compilation, and I'm not 100% sure that represent advantages (or even disadvantages).

Beyond this, and most importantly to note, is that for the first time I have implemented with success on some basic techniques for pruning, such as "Delta pruning" in QS search, and "History pruning" in the main search. These techniques generated the possibility of polishing all search extensions and improve certain parts of the engine code which for a long time that are not modified.

The improvement is noticeable, you can see in the current tests. For example, the 32-bit version has a better score against opponents of the range of 2850-2900 elo. On this basis I consider that the difference between version 1.9.7 and 1.9.9 32 bit can be about 80 ELO, and 120 ELO between 1.9.7 and 1.9.9 64 bit version.
