Chronos 1.9.7 optimized

Hi!

After a short break after releasing Chronos 1.9.7, I am reviving some issues within the project (site, source code, testing, etc.) and this time I will post what was the latest version of the engine before starting the rest period.

This version is no more than version 1.9.7, but with intensive code reviews to improve the speed of the engine (nps) and some minimal details in draw detection rules... no new techniques, new ideas or new chess knowledge in this version.

I think that ELO gain is minimal, so I do not publish this version as "1.9.8", but still I think it's a version that is clearly strongest than 1.9.7.

As always, I hope that computer chess fans can enjoy Chronos!
