Chronos 1.9.8 beta

Hello!

I almost finished installing a new development environment at home, much more powerful than my previous environment. Based on this I am returning to work in Chronos and for the first time I am publishing a compilation for 64-bit platforms.

Version 1.9.8 beta is basically a restructuring of the version "1.9.7 Optimized" with minor changes in futility pruning and lazy evaluation. The strength of 1.9.8 beta should be just above "1.9.7 Optimized".
