The Montgomery County Police Vice and Intelligence Unit continues to work diligently on the human trafficking organization led by Toledo resident Rahmaad Jones. The following has been accomplished:

* Jones has outstanding arrest warrants for a variety of offenses including human trafficking. Jones is pictured. He drives a Cadillac with Ohio tags or rental cars obtained by his mother (mother also pictured is currently charged with conspiracy to commit human trafficking).

* As promised- all customers while the group was located in Montgomery County are being identified and interviewed. This has led to multiple arrest warrants for Brittany ARMES, Selena CRUZ, and Taylor JURSKI. In addition, material witness warrants have been issued against CRUZ and JURSKI. Remember- each sex act for money is a separate and distinct criminal count.

* The transport, harboring, etc for purposes of prostitution is human trafficking as defined by Maryland. In addition, the obtaining of rental vehicles for the purposes of trafficking is Conspiracy.

* The vehicles, money, and other real property obtained/utilized in the course of committing human trafficking are subject to seizure and forfeiture by Maryland law.

* Customers are subject to arrest, search warrants, grand jury subpoenas, etc.. We have asked you to come forward in the interests of this case and prevention of future victims. At this point, we realize your cooperation will not be voluntary.
