The Montgomery County Police are seeking information in reference to the two individuals in the photos, for Human Trafficking. The individuals pictured, are known to frequent hotels in the DC Metro area and are hosting parties under the name of "tricountygangbangclub". One of the operators of the organization is known to use the alias of “Rajer Nelson” or “Roger Nelson”

When these individuals are charged, Montgomery County Police will:

1. Notify Backpage.com, and any other internet site being used by the organization, that their posts have violated the "Terms of Use" for using their site.

2. The indiduals real name and photos will be posted on Backpage.com in an effort to apprehend the individuals.

3. All government agencies that subsidize the individuals will be notified of their activities.

4. Obtain all electronic communications with the operators of this organization, to include phone records and email accounts, in an effort to identify any other associates of the organization that are complicit in Human Trafficking.

5. Obtain search warrants and subpoenas for residences and vehicles when appropriate.
