To Do

(last updated: Jan 8, 2014)

Scheduled to work on

    • bug report (Dec 21, 2014): count down days to Christmas and New Years will decrease 1 day at 8pm not midnight.

    • request: "Can you make it restart-less as are the other newer addons?" - Sept 13, 2012

    • hot-key to Start/Reset and Stop the timer.

    • reset the stopwatches

    • Countdown Timer: continuous count down timer drops 1 second each cycle

    • Time Until: Add factional years as a display option for Time Until

    • Count down Timer: If multiple Firefox windows are open, an alert box is shown in every of them. It really should only display on one window.

    • change ":" in Display options to new character for TimeUntil (Options Screen)

    • When selecting the clock for the first time - no timezone selected - garbage is displayed

    • Default Time Until display to something if nothing is selected otherwise nothing will

    • show up. This will be similar to count down display.

    • Add a "count up" timer similar to count down

    • hover-over for birthday needs debugging - seems to come out as years

    • add time until to include HH:MM:SS

    • save settings option (save all the timer settings) needs to include restore

    • Add internationalization - start with French -- started this but had problem reading ENTITY file

    • kept getting an error. Left the framework all this place though !!!!???

    • Add version number to the settings window title bar

    • Oct 3, 2011 - Anniversary Years for future 20140801 - does not display correctly.

Low Priority

    • if hover-over text is disable show absolutely nothing -- set to null ..would be good to completely disable

    • raise buildTime higher - move pref into a parent routine so we can create

    • a unit test for this -- also move to currentTime file

    • sign the application

    • Add fun with timers options

Not to be Done

    • add help in pulldown on status bar ... there are two other ways to get help so not

    • really needed
