Ingredients

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter (natural peanut butter is much easier to blend)
    • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
    • 12 oz frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
    • 2 9-inch graham cracker crusts
    • chocolate syrup (for garnish)

To Prepare

    1. Combine cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth
    2. Add the condensed milk and stir in the whipped topping
    3. Pour the mixture evenly between the two shells
    4. Chill for 8 hours (or, for a more ice-cream-like texture, freeze for 4 hours)

To Serve

Cut into slices and (optionally) drizzle with chocolate syrup.
