Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter (natural peanut butter is much easier to blend)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 2 9-inch graham cracker crusts
- chocolate syrup (for garnish)
To Prepare
- Combine cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth
- Add the condensed milk and stir in the whipped topping
- Pour the mixture evenly between the two shells
- Chill for 8 hours (or, for a more ice-cream-like texture, freeze for 4 hours)
To Serve
Cut into slices and (optionally) drizzle with chocolate syrup.
