Thailand has been visited by tens of millions of tourists and business people year by year. Many of them remember sea, sun and sand of southern beaches on Andaman sea and Gulf of Thailand, the crowded city of Bangkok, night life, food and beautiful things in the warm tropical open weather.
There are still places which are hard to reach and where there are differences. Some of these differences are different from the differences most western people encounter in the cities such as Bangkok and Chiang Mai. There are more. There are lot of things to experience - both natural uniqueness and cultural uniqueness.
Between 1996 and 2008 I have been to many places most of them are mountain lands, border areas, small towns and villages, rivers and lakes and national parks. Still I feel like I have not been to Thailand enough. There are so many places, so many lives and cultures to see and understand there in Thailand.
