• Schedule an appointment by email or phone call (see below)

• Refer your student:

1. Virtually through a Google Form

2. Fill out a paper form at the front office

• Current students can self-refer: 

  1. 1. K-2nd: Let your teacher know you'd like to see your counselor

     2. 3rd-5th: Fill out the Google Form that your counselor provided you and you will be called as soon as possible for a check-in. If it is urgent let supervision or your teacher know and they will call the counselor for you.

     3. 6th-8th: Fill out the Google Form that your counselor provided you and you will be called as soon as possible for a check-in. If it is urgent let supervision or your teacher know and they will call the counselor for you. During passing period, stop by if urgent.

Important note: Counseling is not available during holidays and breaks, if you have an emergency outside of school hours call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room
