Parents/Caregivers: You can refer your middle school student to see Mrs. Hernandez by clicking this image and filling out the Google Form or by filling out a referral form in the front office.

Students may request counseling services on a self-referral basis or as a parent/guardian, you may contact us if you are concerned about your child.

Conversations between ourselves and your student are confidential unless your student discloses information that presents a clear and imminent danger to the student or others. 

Please click on one of the images above to refer your child to their counselor or you can fill out a form in the front office.
