With difficult times brings stress and feelings of being overwhelmed. Remember to practice self-care to help reduce stress and anxious feelings. We all have different ways of taking care of ourselves.

Design your own positivity mantra

What is a mantra? A mantra is and intention, phrase or quote you set for yourself. This is a statement you can frequently repeat to yourself.

Look up or create your own mantra. Once you have your mantra draw or design your positivisty mantra. Make it a comic, a meme, a t-shirt design, a tattoo, or anything else you'd like.



Take a look at the video to see how big of an impact these teachers had on their former students. Take a moment to let them know how grateful and appreciative you are of them! This can be as simple as an email or a card.



A vision board is a sacred place that displays what you want in life. When you hang it in a space where you see it daily your vision board brings your goals and aspirations to life. A vision board is a physical representation of a goal or goal that you're aiming to achieve. You are more likely to achieve your goals if you have a vision board somewhere you can see it everyday.

Things you will need...

poster board or card board from an old box you may lying around

old magazines

coloring supplies

scissors glue or tape and anything else you have lying around the house to decorate it with


John Goddard was an American adventurer, explorer, author and lecturer. He created started the "My Life List" A lot of hig goals were challenging adventures like climbing the world's major mountain and exploring the longest rivers. But he also wrote other goals, like having a family, composing music and teaching. At the age of 15 he wrote is list which included 127 goals.

A few things from John Goddard's Life List: learn to water ski, fly in a blimp or balloon, run a mile in five minutes, type 50 words a minute, play the flute and violin, visit a movie studio.
