I graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana (located in Puebla, Mexico https://www.iberopuebla.mx/) obtaining a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a Master Degree in Urban Studies from El Colegio de Mexico (https://www.colmex.mx/ located in Mexico City). Some call it the “Harvard” of Mexico City. Last fall I started my master in Ed. at Furman so I'm officially a Paladin.

I am originally from Mexico and my native language is Spanish. I am also fluent in French and English. I have lived in Mexico city, New Orleans, Louisiana and Paris, France among other places.

I am happy to call Traveler’s Rest my home and I am very excited to share my language and my culture with you. I have worked on the Architecture and Engineering field for over ten years but teaching is my passion.

I have 4 kids and a Blue Heeler dog called MAX that destroyed 75% of my house. I love knitting, yarn, art, math, dogs, true crime podcasts and the outdoors. Coffee is my fuel.
