End of the School Year Note

If your child currently has medication at school, we kindly asked you please plan to pick it up on/or before the last day of school.  The school office is not air-conditioned during the summer months, consequently, the effectiveness of many medications can deteriorate during this time. Therefore, medication not picked up will be disposed of at the end of the day on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.  Please note that Epi-Pens, Benadryl, and asthma inhalers will be sent home with your student (please email if you do not prefer this method), but all other medication will need to be picked up by an adult.

If your child requires medication at school next year, please complete the appropriate form(s) found below. We cannot accept nor administer any medications without the completed form(s) signed by both a physician and a parent. Our district medication authorization form permits multiple medications to be listed within the same form. In order to ensure the safety of all students, parents must bring all medication to the school office in a properly labeled pharmaceutical container. Completed forms and medications can be dropped off one week before the start of the new school year.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to support your child in the best way possible.
