IT Helpdesk

The Bloomfield College Information Technology Help Desk is the initial point of contact for the BC Community for technology related questions and issues.

We are available to answer your questions and resolve your problems including, but not limited to your computer’s operating system, software applications, network account issues, email-access, wireless, internet and network connection, as well as any other technology related issue, including Blackboard.

Helpdesk is located in 185 Liberty St on the first floor. During the pandemic, visit to the Helpdesk on campus is not accessible. Please call the Helpdesk during the normal business hours, leave a message after the hours.

Center for Teaching and Learning with Technology (CTLT)

CTLT is an academic support unit under Academic Affairs. It provides support to faculty for effective technology integration into teaching and learning. It maintains Blackboard Learning Management System and provides support to faculty, students and staff in use of Blackboard and troubleshoots technical and non-technical issue related to use of Blackboard.

CTLT is located in the Library Lower Level Room LL09. The office is closed during the pandemic lockdown.
