Second Roadshow at JCU
Hello EcoTumblers! We have just concluded our second roadshow at JCU! Guess what during our break we did have kind of a break from the physical sales, but at the backend we were also prepping ourselves for our second event booth, which a lecturer at JCU has kindly extended to us on behalf of her students there.
Yeap we got our products featured on their event poster too!
Posted as a story on Instagram to let our followers know about this event and where our booth at! Those who are around the area can drop by to visit our booth :)
We adjusted the price of our product to make it affordable for the students.
Sales was abit disappointing today. We only managed to sell a large collapsible bowl and 2 metal straws. Perhaps our target audience are international students and they may not feel the need to purchase eco-friendly products. Despite that, quite a few students stopped to have a look at what we were selling.
Nevertheless, its an eye opener and a great experience to set up a booth in an university.
Next stop: NTU. Here we come!
