I am the grand daughter of a visual artist and the daughter of a musician. I am a dancer and the mother of a visual artist, so the arts run deep in my family. I have two dogs, Sadie and Manning, and two cats, Phoenix and Bandit. I enjoy reading, running, and binge-watching Netflix. I adore coffee and chocolate makes me smile. One of my favorite quotes is: "Dance like no one is watching". We should all do this at least once a day because regardless of your level of dance training, dance makes you feel good, inside and out.
