Call Forwarding

Settings Button

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Select the Settings Button on your phone.

  2. Scroll to the Call Forward Icon and select it.

  3. Enter the extension or number to which you'd like your calls forwarded. NOTE: To forward to an external number you MUST enter 9 + 1 + area code + number.

  4. Choose the type of Call Forwarding you'd like to set up.

The choices for Call Forwarding are:

      • Always (when this is activated all your calls will be forwarded to the number you type in)

      • Busy Internal (will only forward when someone at Blair calls you from a Blair extension and encounters a busy signal)

      • Busy External (will only forward when someone calling from Outside of Blair encounters a busy signal)

      • No Answer Internal (will only forward when someone at Blair calls you from a Blair extension -- your extension will ring, if it's not picked up then the call will forward)

      • No Answer External (will only forward when someone calling from Outside of Blair calls you -- your extension will ring. If it's not picked up, then the call will forward)

4. Final step: activate or turn off call forwarding:

  • To activate the call forward, you need to select the check box next to the choice.

  • To turn Call Forwarding off, you need to clear the check box next to your choice(s).


Call Forwarding to external numbers

IMPORTANT! If you are forwarding to external numbers, you must include a 9 + 1 + Area Code + Number.


Activate Call Forwarding

Once you complete setting up call forwarding, a Call Forward option will appear on your phone's home screen under your extension choices.

Toggle Call Forward on or off using the button next to that option.
