Download the Adobe Scan app onto your phone from one of these links:

Use the App

  • Follow the prompts on your phone’s screen once you open the app.

    1. Remember to check to ensure you are logged in by checking the app’s settings.

    2. Allow the app to have access to your camera.

    3. Scan a paper document by moving your phone’s camera over the document.

    4. Ensure the edges of the document appear in the preview screen.

    5. Adjust the borders of the image if needed.

    6. Select Save PDF.

    7. As long as you are logged in to the app before you scan, the scan is saved and can be accessed through Adobe Document Cloud.

View your scans

  • If you signed in to the app with your Blair.edu account, the scans are automatically saved.

  • Go to Adobe Document Cloud to view your scanned items. Use the URL below to get to the location of Adobe Scan documents. If you are prompted to sign in, please select Sign in with Google, select your Blair.edu account, and then choose ENTERPRISE.

  • Move your scanned items to Google Drive if you’d like to save them or share or file them in Google Drive. Select Download and then move the downloaded file to Google Drive.

Best Practices

The best practices are to sign in to the App with your Blair.edu email address and to ensure you have signed in to the Adobe Enterprise License with your Blair.edu email address. For additional support in setting up your app and signing in, please send an email to tech@blair.edu.
