If you are OFF CAMPUS dial (908) 362-6121 and then press *

Enter your extension number and press * again.

OR

If you are ON CAMPUS: Dial 5500 from your own Blair phone to enter the voicemail system.

Wait for the greeting and then follow the steps below:

Enter your passcode

Press 7 to listen to your messages then choose from the following options

Press 5 to save the message and skip to the next message

Press 3 to delete the message and skip to the next message

Press 4 to forward the message to another mailbox

Once you finish listening to a message, choose from the following options:

• • 7 to play the message again

  • 2 to answer the message

  • 4 to transfer or "give" the message to another mailbox

  • 5 to keep the message

  • 3 to discard the message
