Zeeland Dance provides dance education to all students of Zeeland East & West High Schools at minimal cost. Students are not charged for dance costumes, lessons, choreography, or guest teachers. Dance students pay for their own class attire and shoes. We rely on ticket sales, fundraising, and PATRON DONATIONS to support our program. No student is ever turned away, even if he/she can't afford items or tickets...patrons support our students in financial need and assist with the cost of costumes and choreography. BUSINESS DONORS
Zeeland Dance is always actively seeking donations from businesses to support the art of dance in ZPS. All businesses who donate $500 or more will be featured on our spring concert shirt. All donors are listed in our concert program patron section. A donation to Zeeland Dance shows the belief that all children have the right to an education rich in the arts. Zeeland is unique in that we offer dance as an elective for all high school students. The support of local businesses helps us with production expenses, guest artists, student travel, and scholarship students.
Individuals and families may elect to become donors to support our program. These donations support all we offer in Zeeland Dance including scholarship assistance, costumes, guest choreographers, props, events and more. This is a GREAT way for a friend, family member, or alumni to support the art of dance at ZPS! Individual and family patrons receive early access to our tickets for availability to the most desirable seats in the house.
