Each quarter, participants engage in a one and a half-hour presentation addressing key areas of business needs while providing practical tips to support employees and promote a healthy, emotionally rich workplace environment. This program is designed to empower leadership with actionable insights and day-to-day practices that smooth operations and foster overall well-being for everyone in the organization.

A 12-month program featuring pre-planned presentations designed to address employee mental wellness and support needs. These sessions provide practical coping strategies, tools, and educational resources aimed at enhancing emotional intelligence. The goal is to empower employees to improve both their daily work performance and overall quality of life.
This combined with the emotional health assessment can really make for a targeted approach
