Principal's Office (1 principal): Overall management of the entire school's affairs.
Academic Affairs Office (6 staff, 71 teachers): Responsible for curriculum planning, teacher instruction and duties, reading promotion, admissions and transfers, action research, teacher evaluations, international education, bilingual education, information technology education, and related matters.
Student Affairs Office (8 staff, 2 sports coaches): Responsible for student activities, student counseling and discipline, campus safety, anti-drug and anti-bullying advocacy and prevention, human rights and rule of law education, life education and character education, health care, environmental education, sports competitions, and related matters.
General Affairs Office (8 staff): Responsible for procurement operations, school building and property management, school environment beautification, document and file management, construction and maintenance engineering, campus security, equipment maintenance, and related matters.
Counseling Office (6 staff, 6 teachers): Responsible for implementing and executing the school's annual counseling work plan, student individual case counseling, research promotion, parental education, life education, special education, family violence prevention, gender equality education, social welfare and mental health resource coordination and integration, school day activities and home visits, student intelligence, aptitude and personality tests implementation, and related matters.
Accounting Office (2 staff): Responsible for handling fiscal, accounting, and statistical matters.
Personnel Office (2 staff): Responsible for managing personnel.
Kindergarten (9 staff, 20 teachers, 6 childcare workers): Responsible for conducting educational and childcare activities for kindergarten students, enrollment registration, administering various educational subsidies, kindergarten teaching environment, equipment planning and management, and related matters.
