Complete entering course requests by May 1st for 6-12th grades.
Begin 25-26 teacher assignments in future year for any known staffing changes during the first 2 weeks of May.
If a new teacher is being hired to replace a teacher, the 24-25 teacher can remain as a placeholder until the new one is active in PS. If a teacher is moving to a new site, let us know so we can activate them on your list for future scheduling.
Before May 1st we will copy over the 24-25 schedule to 25-26 for updating for PK-5.
Run the Load and Build processes during the month of May with the goal of confirming schedules by June 1st.
Have pre-sort of homerooms ready by June 1st. This will allow a final sort and quick loading in July when staff begin to return.
Enrollment-Process used to enter a student into the district or school
Registration-Process used to select classes for a student.
Should be completed in November after Oct. 1st reporting and FQSR is certified.
Verify "Next Year Grade", "Next Year School" and "Schedule This Student" fields are correctly set.

Open the Scheduling (Future Year) reports list
Run the Student Scheduling Setup (Next Year)
Update any students that do not have the correct settings otherwise they will not appear in the correct places for scheduling in the upcoming year
