These reports are intended to affirm we are not violating the civil rights of our students and staff. They look at the proportions of IDEA, Ethnicity and Gender in our discipline records.
While our data is accurate, there is incomplete data scattered throughout the district.
The more data you can provide when you create the incident, the better off we are. Our CRDC and SPED Discipline reports have helped us see some areas that need some additional attention across the district.

Incident reports are part of a student's educational record and can be requested by parents.
When multiple students are involved whether victim, witness or offender, names should only be entered in the designated fields to prevent inadvertent sharing of data.
All offenders need to have a link to a behavior and action. Your work this past spring has taken care of these issues, but we need to make sure we keep it up.
