Micro-LED displays are notable as next-generation displays because of their excellent properties in terms of brightness, resolution, lifetime, response speed, and power efficiency. At present, however, micro-LED display technologies still face some challenges for commercialization.
"The aim of our research group is to develop the contact EL measurement for the mass production of micro-LED displays, and Light Emitting Transistors (LETs) in form of monolithic integration of a single micro-LED and transistors. "
