LAB. INFORMATION

Optoelectronic Semiconductor Laboratory (OPTOSEMI) is a research lab. led by Prof. Park, Si-Hyun in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Yeungnam University, Republic of Korea. Our research focuses on micro-LED display fields such as micro-LED chips, micro-LED EL measurement, Light emitting transistors (LETs), Thin Film Transistors (TFTs), and transparent materials through fabrication, and measurement.

광전자반도체연구실은 마이크로 LED 디스플레이에 관한 전반적인 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.

1. Micro-LED EL measurement: 마이크로 LED EL 검사를 위한 측정 시스템

2. Light Emitting Transistor: 발광과 트랜지스터 기능을 동시에 수행하는 소자

최종적으로, 위 두 가지를 활용한 투명 마이크로 LED 디스플레이 개발을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
