The Leadership Certificate Program consists of six sessions held from September 2 to October 14, meeting weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6:00–8:00 PM. Participants should plan to attend all scheduled sessions in full, as each builds on the last to create a cohesive learning experience.
The program tuition is $250 per participant. This fee covers all program materials, assessments, speakers, and food and beverages provided during sessions. Tuition is due prior to the start of the program and is non-refundable once the program begins. Financial assistance may be available upon request.
Applicants are selected through a competitive application process reviewed by Young Professionals of Knoxville leadership. Selection is based on demonstrated leadership potential, commitment to personal growth, and interest in contributing to the Knoxville community. Applicants are also expected to be current members of YPK and show a willingness to fully engage in the program experience.
Participants are expected to attend all six sessions. Because the program is cohort-based and each session builds on the previous one, full attendance is strongly encouraged and considered essential to the experience. Participants should hold all session dates when applying to ensure they can fully commit.
